14-Day Free Returns

Items purchased on adwahermi.com may be returned within 14 days from delivery, either using our complimentary return shipping service or in person by appointment to our showroom.

Before requesting a return, kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact.

Items shipped to our showroom or delivered in person will be verified before being accepted. Verifying the items may take up to 5 business days.

The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted, through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.

You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing depends on your bank.

Personalized items are non-returnable.

Returns may only be made from the same address used for the original delivery. Returns sent from a different address will not be accepted.

How to Return

1. Complete the Online Return Form on adwahermi.com.
2. Pack items in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
3. Affix the pre-paid return label.
4. Schedule a courier pickup, or drop off the parcel within 14 days of the return authorization.
5. We will verify the items, which may take up to 5 business days.
6. Once verified, we will issue the refund with an email confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically taking 7–10 business days to appear on your account.
