Due to our Golden Era tailoring system, all orders are made to order and added to the production queue immediately. They are fully processed within 2 weeks (14 business days), at which point you'll receive a separate notification once your order is "ready to ship."

Once your Dress Set is ready, estimated time for complimentary shipping: within New York, same-day. USA Mainland, 3–5 business days.

Sold-Out, Paid-Reserved Orders

When an item sells out, it requires us to remake the fabric itself, meaning the materials for your garment are already in production. We'll keep you updated and reach out as soon as new materials are replenished. You'll receive a separate notification once your order is ready to ship. Sold-out paid reservations are typically 30 days, depending on Italy's and Japan's fabric production.
